We offer standard curbside delivery and premium white-glove installation. Large items like refrigerators and washing machines are typically delivered within 3-5 business days by our specialized two-person teams.
Do you offer installation services for new appliances?
Yes, we provide professional installation for most domestic appliances, including gas hobs, electric cookers, and integrated dishwashers. You can add this service to your cart at checkout.
Can you recycle my old appliance when you deliver the new one?
Absolutely. We offer a 'Take Back' recycling service. For a small fee, our delivery team will remove your old, disconnected appliance and ensure it is recycled in an environmentally friendly manner.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
You can return any unused appliance in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that once an appliance has been installed or used, it can only be returned if it is found to be faulty.
Do your appliances come with a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, every product sold at DB Domestic Appliances comes with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Many of our premium brands offer extended 2-year or 5-year parts and labor guarantees.
